Karen Armon is the CEO and Founder of MarketOne Executive, where she has coached C-Level executives in different industries and positions since 1992. 

She is the author of the popular book, Market Your Potential, Not Your Past – a step-by-step guide for executives on how to move into top roles and develop robust careers in any market and in any situation.  Her proprietary coaching system is designed exclusively for executives, providing new direction for today’s economy while effectively marketing and selling one’s top-level capabilities. 

Karen is a sought-after speaker in executive circles who follow her advice and counsel.  Due to her long experience in executive-readiness which has given her the inside track into what leaders must do to find the top position they want and deserve.

About Bernadette Leyendecker, Executive Coach

Bernadette’s 23-year career includes domestic and international human resources experience within executive level positions in distribution, business services, financial, and manufacturing, from both the strategic and tactical perspectives.  Most recently, Bernadette served as the top HR executive in Colorado for a national beverage distributor.

Prior to her role at Republic National Distributing she worked for such Fortune 100/500 companies as Johnson Controls, Paychex, Cap Gemini, Travelex, and Dayton/Hudson.  She has also worked for several start up, non-profit, and privately held organizations as the top HR executive.

Bernadette is a published contributor to the book, Leadership In Action:  A Manager’s Guide to Success. Her community involvement includes currently serving on the Board of Directors for Colorado SHRM Council (COSHRM) and as an Ambassador for the Colorado HR Assn (CHRA).  Bernadette has also contributed her time to volunteering as a coach to job seekers at the Arapahoe/Douglas Works Department, speaking on job seeking panels throughout the metro area and facilitating executive search groups.

Bernadette received her Master’s degree from the University of New Haven, CT where she was inducted into the Psi Chi National Honor Society, a Bachelor’s degree from Potsdam College, NY, and a Professional in Human Resources Certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
